World Environment Day is observed globally on June 5 each year. The environment is represented by all living and non-living things found on Earth. There are other living things in our surroundings, <a href="https://kissantoken.io/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">including plants, animals, water, and air</a>. Climatic interaction, geomorphic processes, and hydrologic processes all have an impact on our environment. Climate is wholly necessary for both human and animal life. Earth&#39;s ecosystem is necessary for life. Our environment provides us with everything we breathe in, experience, and energy. The Earth&#39;s atmosphere is thought of as a protective covering that keeps life there alive. The only planet where life can exist is the one we call Earth. The Value of the Environment We learn about environmental threats daily. Everything in our environment, from the forests to the oceans, has an impact on how we live our daily lives. Deforestation, pollution, soil erosion, etc. are all issues that require considerable attention. • People&#39;s livelihoods are dependent on the environment- For their survival, billions of people rely on the environment. For instance, approximately 1.5 billion people rely on wood for shelter, food, medicine, and other necessities. When their crops fail, farmers go to the woods. The remaining three billion people live on the water, while about two billion people make their living via agriculture. • Food and Environmental Security- The loss of biodiversity has many negative effects, but decreased food security is particularly serious. We become more susceptible to pests and diseases if we lose our valuable animal and plant species. As a result, diseases like diabetes and heart disease that are associated with obesity are more likely to affect our health. To ensure that there is enough food for everyone, we should preserve our forests and oceans. • Environment Causes a Wide Range of Diseases- Additionally, we discovered that Covid-19 is probably a zoonotic disease. When people enter another animal species&#39; territory, diseases can spread. According to a study, 60% of human infections come from animals. Other animal-related diseases include swine flu and bird flu.• Trees Purify Air- A major problem, pollution causes the deaths of 7 million people annually. Our health and lifespans are affected by air pollution, which can cause behavioural issues, developmental delays, and diseases like Alzheimer&#39;s and Parkinson&#39;s. The trees act as a filter, releasing oxygen while removing atmospheric contaminants like carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, and sulfur dioxide.<h3 id="strong-environmental-advantages-strong"> Environmental Advantages:</h3>We receive immense benefits from our environment that we can never fully pay back in our lifetimes. The environment is made up of air, water, trees, and forests. Plants purify water, preserve natural equilibrium, and many other things, while trees and forests filter the air and absorb dangerous pollutants. In addition to helping to control the important processes necessary for the ecosystem, the environment also keeps a regular eye on how it is operating. It also supports the preservation of Earth&#39;s culture and standard of living. Environmental factors control daily natural cycles. These organic cycles maintain a balance between the environment and all living beings. Humans and other living things will be impacted if we alter these natural cycles. The environment has supported the growth and well-being of people, animals, and plants for thousands of years. Additionally, it gives us access to water, animals, air, and other necessities for living as well as fertile land. In a conclusion, we can state that the environment is what keeps us alive. We cannot thrive without the protection provided by the environment.
