What do you look at first when making your choice?</h3><p>Geekcartel  focuses on investing in crypto projects that help develop the crypto  industry. If there is a project that seeks to provide new value and  solutions to this sector, it will find its way onto our watch list.</p><p>We  focus on a number of core criteria when choosing to invest in a  specific project. First, we look at whether it is launching/operating in  a prospering field. This involves checking the development potential in  this area and competitive narrative of the project.</p><p>Secondly,  we choose long-term players. We invest in innovators who will be there,  sticking to their mission of enhancing the crypto industry no matter if  it’s good or bad times. .</p><p>Lastly,  we are more inclined towards choosing projects with keen teams that  have the determination to contribute their skills and expertise to the  industry and its improvement.</p><h3 id="how-do-you-usually-participate-in-a-project-what-do-you-do-to-improve-it">– How do you usually participate in a project? What do you do to improve it?</h3><p>Usually we participate by investing, incubating, and acting as advisors. Here are 3 main areas that we specialise in.</p><p>First  is Security and Technical Advisory: we are able to provide security  reviews and audits, with coverage of smart contracts written in  Solidity, Rust, Go, C&#43;&#43;, and other programming languages. Geekcartel  provides professional assessments of a project’s web security, smart  contract vulnerabilities, server information leakage, and more.</p><p>Next,  there is Market Advisory, where we help projects match their products  and services with their target audiences. Our marketing network covers a  variety of regions across the world, including Europe and Southeast  Asia. Over the course of our work Geekcartel has connected 200&#43; crypto  projects with their desired audiences.</p><p>Finally,  there is Tokenomics Advisory.
