Here we take a closer look at Decimal&#39;s philosophy, principles, ideas and the history of its development, based on an analysis of the WP versions.The Decimal philosophy is based on the principles of atomistic <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theory" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">theory,</a> whereby sensible (<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Philosophy_of_matter" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">material</a>) things consist of chemically inseparable units — <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atom" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">atoms</a>.Like the ancient philosophers, the Decimal team studies Blockchain, DeFi and WEB3.0 technologies through experience. Decimal examines them down to the smallest unit and describes these units in a way that everyone can understand. This is the basic idea behind both the first and second versions of the White Paper.Everything around us, and we, are particles connected by a chain. Blockchain, too, is a link between different entities: software code, people and technology. Like any living entity, the blockchain and its people grow and evolve over a lifetime.Whereas in the first version, the vector of our idea was to provide a basic tool that anyone could work with. Now, we aim to bring each component &#34;atom&#34; in our chain up to the next level. To attract and develop brand new components in the form of developers, sophisticated independent projects and other companies.In the second version of the White Paper, we have included additional clarifications and explanations of all the functions and features developed over two years. One of the most important news and achievements is the creation of the Decimal Smart Chain (DSC). At the beginning of the journey, we already knew that this would be the basic and core functionality for the development of blockchain and entities united by it. Anyone who has read the new White Paper may have noticed that there is an entire section dedicated to the Decimal Smart Chain topic. There, we give an overview of all the possible features and benefits opened up by the launch of DSC so that those who have been developing and evolving with Decimal all this time could discover new possibilities and move together with Decimal to a new level, attracting qualitatively new particles into our unified organism.We&#39;ve completely redesigned the user scenario section. In the first version, it was called &#34;Building on Features&#34;. And if you compare the two versions, you can see how much wider we have begun to think and what opportunities have opened up. We are no longer talking about profit and convenience, we are talking about applicability and development. The updated version is much more global and offers solutions not for each individual, but for society, business and the more efficient operation of the combined parts (entities).Over the time of Decimalchain, we gained a lot of experience and knowledge, network metrics and performance data. In the new version, we have made a section with infographics on the different network values to see and evaluate the work done on bare facts.In evaluating the roadmap, you&#39;ve probably noticed how different they are from the first version. Even with the detailed map, you can see how seriously and confidently we&#39;ve started to approach this issue.
