<h3 id="summary">Summary</h3>In September, our main focus was in the following areas:<ol><li>Mainnet Development</li><li>MultiSwap</li><li>Integration Milestones</li></ol><h3 id="mainnet">Mainnet</h3>We’re on track to launch the POC testnet this quarter barring any unexpected complexity in our development plan. We have finished work on the first version of the Quantum Portal contracts. Now we are able to feed this data into a Quantum Portal explorer (a multichain explorer) for cross-chain transactions. We’re looking to launch the POC testnet and the Quantum Portal explorer this quarter.<h3 id="multiswap">MultiSwap</h3>We’re building MultiSwap as one of the first major products that will plug into our public mainnet once it’s live. However, we are launching MultiSwap prior to the completion of the mainnet. This required us to architect MultiSwap components in a manner that could accommodate future updates and easily plug into our mainnet. We have also created the architecture for solutions like FIBER and FORGE, which will help developers with a multitude of pain points even before MultiSwap is launched.Our work with the Gas Estimation engine in FORGE is now in QA. Once QA passes, we’ll deploy this engine, and developers around the world will be able to use it to estimate gas costs for multi-chain transactions.With our open source initiative we’ll be opening up the repository for FORGE with he first public release so developers can extend its functionality to meet their needs.We have also begun work on COSMWASM and EVM contracts for MultiSwap but we’ll share more details on this in our next monthly update.<h3 id="integration-milestones">Integration Milestones</h3><ol><li>Algorand Staking — DONE</li><li>Algorand staking was previously completed and is deployed on the Algorand mainnet. If anyone is looking for Algorand staking solutions, please contact Ferrum Product consultants.</li><li>Algorand Bridge — PENDING DEPLOYMENT</li><li>We have completed the entire Multichain liquidity pool bridge flow with Algorand on testnet. This includes liquidity management, swaps, and withdrawals. Now we are deploying our work on the mainnet and deploying the UI and backend code to production servers. We’re excited to submit this major milestone for Algorand in the coming weeks.</li><li>Velas Staking — DONE</li><li>We open-sourced our staking solution on Velas and provided documentation along with demo tooling for developers to extend it.</li><li>Casper Staking — QA</li><li>After significant work with the Casper team, our team has completed the entire staking flow. We are now running our standard staking QA cycle. Once QA is passed, this part of the integration will move to the mainnet.</li><li>Casper Bridge — DEV</li><li>The same blockers we were facing on the staking side impacted the bridge contracts as well. Now that we have those blockers resolved, we’re able to proceed with finalizing the bridgePool and generalTaxDistributor contracts to complete the Casper Bridge integration.
