Gold is currently trading at $1,600 while Bitcoin is still at $19,000. In response, Novogratz stated that individuals were purchasing these assets to combat inflation. He continued by saying that if the current macro trend changes, both gold and BTC might profit.</p><p>Mike Novogratz consistently argued that building up a Bitcoin portfolio over time might yield substantial returns. BTC is currently exhibiting depressing tendencies with ongoing price declines. The top cryptocurrency has fallen below $20,000 as many as five times in the last three months. According to market monitor CoinGabbar, the price of one bitcoin is currently $18,930, having decreased 3.2% during the previous 24 hours. In the past several months, there has been a significant change in the market value split among the major cryptocurrencies. The market share of Bitcoin has dropped to 41% from a previous peak of about 48% in June.</p><h2 id="header-1">No Significant Push For Bitcoin Soon?</h2><p>Recently, Novogratz predicted that due to a slowdown in institutional money flow, <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/crypto-currency/bitcoin-btc-prices-usd" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">BTC</a> prices will not rise in the near future. He stated at the time that despite the weak demand, current institutional investors in Bitcoin will not reduce their holdings.</p>
