Like bitcoin, the price of Ripple is falling below $0.350 per US dollar. After forming a base at $0.3310, the ripple price started a new upward trend against the US dollar. The XRP/USD pair has broken over the $0.3500 barrier level.The RIPPLE price even broke over the $0.3550 resistance level as well as the 55 moving average. However, no price movement happened over the $0.3700 barrier level. Before a fresh decline, a high was formed near $0.3706. The price has dropped below the $0.3500 support level.The price fell sharply below the $0.3400 level and the 55 simple moving average. The pair has traded as low as $0.3185 and is now consolidating losses around $0.3208.On the upside, resistance is found at $0.3315. It is close to the 23.6% Fib retracement level of the latest drop from the $0.3706 swing high to the $0.3194 low. The next major resistance is near $0.3400. On the 4-hours chart of the XRP/USD pair, a key bearish trend line is forming with resistance near $0.3400.In the situations mentioned, the price could even break over the $0.350 resistance zone. Any further gains might push the price up to the $0.380 resistance zone. On the downside, an initial support level is at $0.3180.The next significant support level is at $0.3000.
