Strategically appointing a troop leader will help you a lot to overcome tough Bosses in Adventure or beat opponents in Arena.

However, many new players have not noticed and taken advantage of this feature so they lose unfortunately in battles.

In today's article, let's learn about Leader Setting and how to use the feature.

What is Leader Skill?

Apart from Normal Attack, Skills, and Ultimate Skills, every hero has one Leader Skill whatever their rarity.

Leader skills are always at the last of the hero's list of skills. You can tab on and see what is the specific leader skill of the hero.

For example, Stage 4 Water Core’s leader skill is Enhancing Water Resistance of all troops - Water RES +40.

A hero’s leader skill only takes effect once the hero is appointed as the troop leader. When a hero is set as a leader, the leader’s skill effect of the hero is applied equally to all the heroes in the troop. It means that if you set Stage 4 Water Core as the troop leader in Adventure, all heroes in the troop will have Water RES +40. That sounds fantastic if you’re fighting a Dragon of element Water. Your troop members are more likely to survive longer in battle.

Heroes’ leader skills are variable from Enhancing Critical Damage, Enhancing Mana, Enhancing Mana REGEN, Enhancing HP, Enhancing Elemental Resistance, etc. Choose your troop leader wisely based on the situation to increase your chance of winning.

Note
You can set a hero as the troop leader even when he is not in the troop.
The default troop leader of every player is Tommy and it remains until the player change to another troop leader.
