Joseph Rubin from<a href="https://medium.com/u/7d72925a285a?source&#61;post_page-----a94719976870--------------------------------" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Legends Of Aria</a>spoke in depth about his project during our AMA session. Feel free to read the recap below for those who missed the event.SEGMENT 1: INTRODUCTION QUESTIONSQuestion 1: Before we dig deeper into your project. Please introduce yourself and your project. What is Legend of Aria? Why did you choose that name? Is there a story behind it?<blockquote>Mr. Joseph: Hey sure, I’m the CEO behind Legends of Aria, which will be the world’s first 3D MMORPG on the blockchain. No story behind the name, but this game was inspired by classic MMORPGs like RuneScape and Ultima Online. It started development in 2013 and released on Steam in 2020, so our starting point for this project was a fully developed and awesome game!</blockquote>Question 2: How will your project stand out with so many GameFi and metaverse projects launching at the same time? What makes your project different from other competitors?<blockquote>Mr. Joseph: Well, there are currently no 3D MMORPGs on the market, so we have an advantage there being the only game in our genre. But, I think some unique features that will make us stand out is our housing system. We have a fully built out land and housebuilding system in our game that has been in development for 5 years. So, you will be able to claim land and build a house as soon as you enter the game, and it’s very reminiscent of The Sims with all the decorating you can do</blockquote>Question 3: I’m wondering, does the game require a lot of capital to start? Can you give us an estimate of how much capital a gamer should put up to start your game?<blockquote>Mr. Jeff: It only costs $10 to create a character and then you can play as much as you want for free. It’s not a lot of capital, which is why we think it will be one of the more appealing play-and-earn games</blockquote>Question 4: Non-crypto users are very important for mainstream adoption. How are you planning to attract non-crypto users to your project? Is there any upcoming partnership that will bring non-crypto users and real-use cases?<blockquote>Mr. Joseph: Well, the low cost mentioned above will definitely help onboard non-crypto users. In addition, we’re designing the game so that you don’t need to know anything about crypto to be able to enter the game and play. You can sign-up for an account with your email, pay with a credit card, and you never have to learn anything about “crypto” or “NFTs” if you don’t want to. The only time you’ll have to do a little bit of learning is when you want to resell your assets, which is when we’ll teach them how to claim their wallet and/or mint NFTs to be sold on our marketplace</blockquote>Question 5: Does your project have any program like token burning to attract many investors to invest?<blockquote>Mr. Joseph: We actually burn the token any time it’s used in the game or spent on our marketplace. So, all the in-game systems, like pet mating or item insurance have a burn component built into them. We think that will be very bullish for the long-term value of the token. The more players we have, the more burning there will be!</blockquote>SEGMENT 2: LIVE SESSIONQuestion 1: I read on your website that there are 34 Unique Trainable Skills. So can you tell me How can I train my character and get these Trainable Skills?<blockquote>Mr. Joseph: By using the skills, it increases the value. So, you need to practice and over time you can raise your skills from zero to 100</blockquote>Question 2: &#x1f499;I understand that in Legends of Aria, players can lose their items when their characters are killed and that other players can literally loot my player’s dead corpse, claiming my items as their own. So what is the best way to keep my items past death? How possible is it for me to keep my &#x1f499;items with me until I resurrect my character? How can I do this?<blockquote>Mr. Joseph: You can purchase item insurance. When you kill lots of other players, you’re flagged as a murderer. Your name appears as red. And everyone knows you’re evil! They can even then attack you without any criminal penalty. But, when you kill a murderer, you can right-click their corpse and send them to jail. There’s also lots of ways you can escape from jail. And What are the advantages of doing Pet Mating?<blockquote>Mr. Joseph: Pet mating is a way to breed the animals you tame together to create more powerful pets. In the game, lots of animals can be tamed and used to help you in combat.
