After the function goes live, users can unlock their APX at any time, but they will have to pay a penalty fee. The penalty fees collected will be transferred to the DAO reward pool address and distributed to users who have locked APX in DAO. The calculation formula is as follows:Penalty fee &#61; unlockAmount* max(minRatio%,min(maxRatio%,lock_duration_left /4 years* 100%))<img src="https://academy-public.coinmarketcap.com/srd-optimized-uploads/bf853d416a6847a7b252556fb233565e.png" />Users can vote on the following minRatio options:Option 1: minRatio &#61; 15%Option 2: minRatio &#61; 30%Note: Users cannot unlock only a portion of tokens from veNFT. Activating the unlock function will unlock all tokens.The following example will illustrate how the result will affect the penalty fees:User A has a lock-up period of 60 days. Lock-up amount is 10,000 APX.
