As the number is estimated to reach a massive number of 1.3 billion by 2025, it is obvious that the blockchain game industry is booming. While some P2E games grew drastically within a very short time, most of the others failed &amp; collapsed quickly in a few weeks to a month. These quick die downs were claimed to owe to the poorly structured in-game Tokenomic model.</p><p>With Monsterra, which is the very first game to be developed in Monsterra Game Universe, our main goal is to offer a long-lasting sustainable playground for years to come. After careful research and consideration, we’ve decided to embrace an innovative dual token model in our game. That means Monsterra will be governed and supported by 2 different tokens called MSTR &amp; MAG on the BSC network.</p><h2 id="header-0"><strong>1. WHAT IS MSTR TOKEN?</strong></h2><p>MSTR is the native token with a total supply of 100M tokens. The token will be used across all the products and services of the ecosystem.</p><img src="https://academy-public.coinmarketcap.com/srd-optimized-uploads/2977baaf14f241759cfd5c82028e8ffe.png" /><p><strong>How can users spend MSTR tokens?</strong></p><ul><li>MSTR for staking: Stake MSTR to receive rewards from the game.</li><li>MSTR for asset purchasing: To buy premium assets on the marketplace, users need to spend their MSTR.</li><li>MSTR for upgrade: To reform in-game items in some high-level milestones, users need to do an upgrade which will cost MSTS.</li><li>MSTR for event participation: To join any in-game events, users need to use their MSTR to buy entry tickets.</li></ul><h3 id="strong-how-can-users-earn-mstr-tokens-strong"><strong>How can users earn MSTR tokens?</strong></h3><p>MSTR can be obtained in the form of staking rewards, in-game event prizes, or from the shared revenue from Monsterra Treasury.</p><h2 id="header-1"><strong>2. WHAT IS A MAG TOKEN?</strong></h2><p>MAG token is a reward payout token that is used across all the activities in Monsterra game. Some advanced evolvement levels require payment in both MAG and MSTR tokens.</li><li>MAG for skipping time: Users spend MAG tokens to reduce the waiting time.</li><li>MAG for fusion: To do fusion, users need to spend both MAG and MSTR tokens.</li><li>MAG for Arena battle mode fee: System will charge the winner 5% of the total betting amount in the Arena battle mode paid in MAG tokens.</li><li>MAG for Buying energy: To buy energy, users have to use their MAG tokens. Note: The total number of times to buy energy is limited within a day.</li><li>MAG for upgrading land/plot: It requires users to spend MAG token to level up land and plot.
