<h2 id="header-0">Overview: NFT 3.0: Digital WEED Farms</h2>MOBLAND has introduced NFT 3.0: Revenue generating business licenses. The first releases are the dynamic and upgradeable Digital WEED Farms. Utilize the farms to build your empire, produce in-game commodities, provide services to players, and earn rewards.Digital Weed Farms operate on MOBLAND Turf (Land) and produce in-game BUD. There are multiple avenues to generate in-game BUD. Two primary avenues for utilizing the Digital Weed Farms are:<blockquote>1. Operate the Farms and earn in-game BUD 2. Lend the Farms to other players and earn a share of the BUD produced</blockquote>BUD is an in-game asset that can be consumed to upgrade farms, repair damaged farms, upgrade the characters, heal injured characters, and additional in-game utilities.Weed Farms have a variety of rarities and attributes that effect the productivity, consumption capabilities, strength and earnings potential. Farms are composed of four main attribute categories: Primary, Statistic, Appearance, and Consumption attributes &#x1f447;<blockquote>Primary Defines the rarity, type, and level of the farm Statistic Defines a farm’s in-game consumption, production &amp; storage capabilities Appearance Defines how a farm looks in-game Consumption Defines how much BUD needs to be consumed by a farm to upgrade and/or repair a respective farm.</blockquote><h2 id="header-1">Primary Attributes</h2>The Primary attributes are important as they impact the productivity, consumption, and strengths of the farms. There are three primary attributes: Rarity, Type, &amp; Level. Let’s get into the details on each attribute &#x1f447;<h3 id="strong-rarity-strong">Rarity</h3>Rarity is a vital attribute of the Digital Weed Farm and is non-upgradeable. There are 5 Different Rarities, which range from least rare to most rare: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic &amp; Legendary. The rarer the Weed farm, the larger the size, area, and the number of greenhouses.<img src="https://academy-public.coinmarketcap.com/srd-optimized-uploads/2d80d8d0ceec438a9726e19c70962cce.jpeg" /> The Rarity depicts the following &#x1f447;<blockquote>1. Size: there are a total of 5 different sizes 2. Area (km²): the area of the farm is calculated in km² 3. Number of Greenhouses: total greenhouses available on each farm</blockquote><h3 id="strong-type-strong">Type</h3>Type determines what commodity a farm produces. In the first phase of the GameFi 2.0 module, all farm types will be Digital Weed Farm.<h3 id="strong-level-strong">Level</h3>The Levels illustrate the upgradeability of the Digital Weed farms. Each rarity class features 10 levels. All farms will be minted at Level 1 but can be upgraded all the way up to Level 10. This is accomplished by utilizing and consuming the in-game BUD. The rate of BUD production (grow duration) 2. The total of BUD Production (BUD yield) 3. The Max Storage Capacity 4. The Hit Points (HP) 5. Defender attribute bonus 6. The Farm’s Style &amp; Appearance</blockquote><h2 id="header-2">Statistic Attributes</h2>The Statistic attributes impact how much in-game BUD the Farm can produce, the rate of production, the maximum yield your farm can store, the bonus attack and defense of the farm’s defenders, and the overall health of the Farm. This category of attributes solely depends on rarity and level of the farm.<img src="https://academy-public.coinmarketcap.com/srd-optimized-uploads/fcd0cc881ef24fe7801ebb03dc0fdaf4.jpeg" />The statistics will play a critical role in establishing your empire in MOBLAND, as they include: Number of Greenhouses, Grow Duration, SEED Consumption, BUD Production, Storage, Claimable Level, Defender Attribute Bonus, HP, Status. Let’s get into the details on each attribute &#x1f447;&#x1f3e0; Number of Greenhouses Defines the number of greenhouses on a Farm. Each Weed farm has a fixed number of greenhouses based on the rarity of the farm. All greenhouses can operate independently, introducing the opportunity for fractionalized borrow-lending.⏳ Grow Duration Defines the time it takes your farm to generate in-game BUD. The rarity and level of the farms impacts the grow duration.&#x1f331; SEED Consumption Defines the amount of SEED needed to be planted in a single greenhouse to begin growing BUD.&#x1f33f; BUD Production Defines the amount of BUD that can be produced per greenhouse during each growing period.&#x1f3ed; Max Storage Defines the maximum amount of BUD that can be stored in a given farm.&#x1f911; Claimable Level The BUD storage level where your in-game BUD becomes claimable. The farms will have different claimable levels which need to be reached in order to claim the BUD yield.<blockquote>Ex: A farm has a maximum storage of 100,000 BUD. The claimable level for this farm is 50,000 BUD. In this example, when the farm reaches 50,000 in BUD storage your share of BUD becomes claimable.</blockquote>&#x1f6e1; Defender Attribute BonusThis bonus boosts the Attack &amp; Defense attributes of the characters while defending the farms. The boost is unique to each Farm dependent on rarity and level. Once the character(s) is no longer set as a defender, the boost is removed and does not carry over.⛑ HP Hit Points (HP) determine the amount of damage that a Weed Farm can take. This represents the health rating of a Farm and whether the farm is operational or rekt.&#x1f50b;&#x1faab; Status The status of the Farm is either Active or Wrecked.<ul><li>Active signifies that the farm is operational and can produce BUD.</li><li>Wrecked signifies that the Farm has been fatally damaged and has an HP score of 0. When a Farm is in Wrecked status it loses all the BUD that was in storage and loses the ability to produce BUD, and instead must be repaired.</li></ul><h2 id="header-3">FARM Appearance Attributes</h2>The appearance attributes define a digital weed farm’s in-game appearance. Each rarity has a unique appearance centered around the area of a farm, greenhouses, building architectures, and storage facilities.<img src="https://miro.medium.com/max/700/0*xISAZsxlt0UwY5Oh" />Leveling up farms will result in appearance updates. Each level with display appearance updates with some levels providing grander appearance updates than others.<h2 id="header-4">Consumption Attributes</h2>Digital Weed Farms are dynamic upgradeable NFTs. The consumption attributes of a farm determine how much in-game BUD needs to be consumed to upgrade and/or repair your Weed farm. Upgrading your farm will enhance productivity, production and in-game earnings potential. The dynamic nature of these NFTs also works in the inverse, where the Weed farm is susceptible to damage from outside attacks. Damaged farms can be repaired through the consumption of in-game BUD.Let’s get into the details on the consumption attributes: Upgrade &amp; Repair &#x1f447;<h3 id="upgrade">Upgrade</h3>The farm owner is the only player capable of upgrading the farm. To upgrade a farm from one level to the next the farm must consume BUD. The consumption varies for each level upgrade and is dependent on the rarities of the farms. In-game BUD consumption increases as the upgrade levels increase.<img src="https://miro.medium.com/max/700/0*jX9IATWffLjIhy4-" />In-game BUD Consumption Increases as the Upgrade Levels IncreaseA farm cannot be upgraded when it is listed on the marketplace, being rented out to other players or when it is growing BUD. Upgrading your farm impacts the following attributes: Grow Duration, BUD Production, Storage, Claimable Level, Defender Attribute Bonus, HP.<h3 id="repair">Repair</h3>MOBLAND is filled with malicious mafia members looking to attack and loot Weed farms. If these attackers are successful, then the HP of the farm will decrease. Once the HP reaches 0 the farm is wrecked. A wrecked status makes the farm non-operational and results in:<blockquote>1. The inability to Produce BUD 2. The inability to Claim BUD from storage 3. The loss of any BUD currently being grown in the Greenhouses.</blockquote>The farm will only continue normal operations once the HP is fully restored to 100%. If the HP is not restored to 100% then it will remain non-operational<img src="https://miro.medium.com/max/700/0*ER0AEp0bxtvVkQAo" />Farm owners and tenants can repair the damaged or wrecked farm by consuming in-game BUD. The repair consumption attribute is defined as the amount of BUD needed to be consumed to Repair a damaged or wrecked farm. The consumption varies for each level and is dependent on the rarities of the farms.To summarize, Digital Weed Farms operate on MOBLAND Turf (Land) and produce in-game BUD. There are five different rarities and ten levels of upgradeability.
