<p>We&#39;ll be sharing some questions and answers with you each now and then so that everyone gets to know the project better. <br />If you have any questions feel free to post them as comments or send them to us, and we’ll be glad to answer.</p><h2 id="header-0">Q1. <strong>What is the IDEAS project about?</strong></h2><p>IDEAS is a project that aims at changing both the way people can fund their projects, and the way people can invest in projects, to a fully decentralized, open, and borderless way.<br />Thereby, we created a token, called IDEAS, whose symbol is IDS, an investment platform, and a phone application, dedicated to achieving this goal.</p><p>The IDEAS platform will be a creative shared space that works on cryptocurrency and brings together entrepreneurs, investors, and skills, in one place where anyone can post their project, to find interested investors from all over the world.</p><p>It is important to mention that the IDEAS platform will be divided into two sections:<br />The first one is the &#34;Investment Platform&#34; which is a fully decentralized platform, for all kinds of projects.<br />Users will be free to post their ideas/startups without any restrictions or any control from IDEAS or any other third parties, and this will allow entrepreneurs and investors to work together without any limitations or interventions.</p><p>The second one is the &#34;Recruitment Platform&#34; which will be dedicated for business owners to post their job offers, and freelancers from all over the world will be able to apply and bid to take the paid tasks.</p><p>All the payment transactions for the process above will be using cryptocurrencies.</p><p>The platform is still under construction, and as per our roadmap, we expect the investment platform to be out by the end of this year(2022).<br />However, we’ve already published an initial version of the platform, you can find it on our website, and you’re all welcome to try it.<br />Please take into consideration that this version is not fully functional and can’t be used for Investing or Fundraising yet, but it helps to understand the design of the platform and it gives a general approach on how to use it.</p><h2 id="header-1"><strong>Q2. How is IDEAS different?</strong></h2><p>IDEAS is creating a fully decentralized platform for crowdfunding, investing, and recruitment.<br />While other crypto launch-pad platforms support only crypto projects, and they publish a project only after review and approval from the team, IDEAS is taking a step further to render the process fully decentralized for anyone to post without examination, and open for all sorts of projects.</p><p>On the IDEAS platform, users will be free to post their ideas or startups regardless of the type or nature of that idea.<br />Whether it’s a crypto project, an engineering or financial project, or any other regular project that you believe will work and attract interested investors.<br />This will open limitless opportunities for entrepreneurs and investors, giving them the power to work in a decentralized, and open environment, without any limitations or interventions.</p><h2 id="header-2"><strong>Q3. What cryptocurrencies will be used to handle the funding of projects?</strong></h2><p>The investment for projects will take place only in stable coins such as USDT, BUSD, and others.<br />Investments will not take place in volatile cryptocurrencies to avoid volatility problems.</p><h2 id="header-3"><strong>Q4. How the investors&#39; votes will be managed?</strong></h2><p>Each investor will have voting power, which will be equal to his investment percentage.<br />Investment in a project will be limited to a maximum amount equal to 2% of the total cost of that project.<br />For example, the voting power of an investor with a 1% investment, is equal to ten times the voting power of an investor with a 0.1% investment.<br />This is mainly to avoid voting manipulations.</p><h2 id="header-4"><strong>Q5.
