The NFT profile picture (PFP) project y00ts from DeLabs is moving from Polygon to Ethereum's mainnet, for the purpose of coexisting with their DeGods collection.
According to Rohun "Frank" Vora, the creator of DeLabs, it makes the most sense for y00ts to be on the same chain as DeGods.
Originally based on the Solana chain, DeLabs received a $3 million grant from Polygon Labs to migrate from Solana, but as the project leaves the Polygon ecosystem, DeLabs is returning the whole sum to Polygon Labs.
$1 million of the refunded money, according to Polygon Labs, would be used to support "Polygon-native builders and creators," with more information to be released later.
The floor price on the OpenSea marketplace increased from 1.7 ETH to about 1.97 ETH as a result of the market's favorable response to the news. With an admission price of 8.9 ETH, DeGods is the third-most valued PFP project currently available for collections of at least 10,000 pieces.
