Strive Lines Up SATS Preferred Stock Offering

The expected warrant proceeds come as Strive opens another funding channel for its corporate treasury.
Strive said on Tuesday it is offering SATS, a 15% fixed-rate perpetual preferred stock with cumulative dividends paid every business day, through an IPO available to select investors. SATS ranks junior to SATA, Strive's existing variable-rate preferred stock.
