Despite this, ENS is still one of the best-performing cryptocurrencies. ENS is down 56% from its all-time high. Experts claim that the recent decision by the SEC can attract more people to the Web3 space, a move that could further benefit ENS.

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) recently announced that it was clearing Ethereum from its investigation. Some reports claim that the SEC closed the Ethereum investigation to avoid an ’embarrassing court case.’ ETH, the native token within the Ethereum ecosystem, failed to capitalize on the positive developments. 
Ethereum, a blockchain protocol instrumental in launching several digital tokens, is trading at $2,911 (at the time of writing), indicating a 17% decline in the past month.
