<p>In the latest episode of the<strong> “Making Markets”</strong> podcast, Richard Teng, the CEO of Binance discussed more about the digital currency exchange and the future direction of the company, especially after the exit of Changpeng Zhao. <p>The CEO also touched upon the recent regulatory issues faced by Binance in the U.S., particularly related to allegations of money laundering which previously implicated former CEO Changpeng Zhao. Teng also noted the preventive measures that Binance has put in place to cope with various regulatory challenges.</p>
<p>Moreover, Teng addressed the complexities of operating in a highly regulated environment, stressing Binance’s commitment to adhering to legal standards. He pointed out that the potential market shifts as a result of the <strong>ETFs</strong> have not affected Binance because the crypto market operates round the clock.</p>

<p>Discussing the current market dynamics, Teng expressed optimism about the future of cryptocurrencies as an asset class. He pointed out the increasing recognition of digital assets globally and the strategic importance of ETFs in investor access to cryptocurrencies without direct exposure to the assets.</p>
<p>Teng concluded by emphasizing Binance’s ongoing dialogue with regulators worldwide and its agile approach to growth opportunities in the crypto landscape. He reassured stakeholders of Binance’s positioning for future growth, anchored by a deep understanding of market needs and regulatory requirements.</p>

<p>The CEO also pointed to <strong>Tigran Gambaryan</strong>, a Binance officer arrested lately and has since been a matter of discussion. Teng said that measures are being taken to address his predicament as Binance continues to stand by its employees in times of need.</p>
