However, following this event, expectations were dashed as cryptocurrencies, led by Bitcoin, experienced a collapse. In this context, a prediction from machine learning and artificial intelligence (<a href="https://newslinker.co/category/ai/" data-wpel-link="exclude">AI</a>) algorithms also emerged, and the forecast was not very hopeful.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">As of writing, Bitcoin’s price is just above $40,000, and it has seen a 2.13% increase over the last 24 hours, partially offsetting the 5.90% decline over the previous seven days and the 8.31% drop on the monthly chart.</p> 
<p style="text-align: justify">Moreover, Bitcoin’s market capitalization has turned positive for the first time in days, rising by 2.19% to reach the $785 billion level again. However, the 24-hour trading volume for BTC does not paint a bright picture, having decreased by 22%, falling to $25.3 billion, drawing attention to the reduced investor interest.</p> 
<p style="text-align: justify">A general review, taking into account artificial intelligence and machine algorithms, suggests that the outlook for the leading cryptocurrency does not seem to reflect an upward trend. However, considering the potential parabolic rally expected after the halving scheduled for April 2024 and into 2025, the future for BTC could be more hopeful than anticipated.</p>
