The Sandbox, a virtual platform leveraging blockchain technology, has recently launched Sanbox DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) marking a step ahead in decentralized governance. The DAO empowers the Sandbox community with over 5 million+ users, including creators, players, and LAND owners. Additionally, voting on Sanbox Improvement Proposals (SIPs) will be possible for the community members. They can also take part in the decision-making process regarding important matters. There are three stages to the Sanbox DAO’s planning:&nbsp;

 <li>Phase 1: Owners of LAND and SAND will vote on SIPs.</li> 
 <li>Phase 2: By building self-reliability, DAO will become more independent.&nbsp;</li> 
 <li>Phase3: Giving the public the ability to vote on SIPs and exchange ideas.&nbsp;</li> 
</ul> 
The two main components of DAO are Councils and Advisors. Advisors make sure that the development of the DAO has enough support in this regard. The council also examines SIPs to make sure the DAO’s goals are fulfilled while maintaining legality and the interests of the community. In its entirety, Sandbox DAO seeks to maintain transparency, foster community involvement, and pursue long-term development.
