Alex Mashinsky, the ex-CEO of Celsius, has initiated his legal action by waiving conflicts of interest in his legal representation. The lawsuit alleges that Deltec facilitated funds transfer between accounts for FTX and Alameda Research, raising questions about the bank’s role and awareness of the scheme.
