 <p class="paragraph">Krüger has also noted the proliferation of Layer 2 (L2) solutions aimed at enhancing scalability and reducing costs for existing blockchain systems. Despite their potential, many L2 solutions are currently overvalued, with only a few standing out in a crowded market.</p>
