Circle terminates plan to go public</h2>USDC stablecoin issuer has terminated a proposed merger with Concord Acquisition, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC).The deal was announced in July 2021 with a preliminary valuation of $4.5 billion.Concord had until December 10 to consummate the transaction or seek a shareholder vote for an extension.
