Eric Balchunas, a well-known ETF analyst at Bloomberg, made a significant prediction about the future of Ethereum (ETH) ETFs. He expects amended S-1 filings for Ethereum ETFs to be filed today or even this afternoon, US time. 
The ball will then be in the Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) court. The regulator is expected to inform the issuing companies about the latest changes and enable them to come into effect, which is the final approval required for the launch of these ETFs.

Balchunas and his team maintain their prediction that Ethereum ETFs will launch by July 2. This forecast is based on their analysis of current market trends and the regulatory environment. 
Bitwise updated its registration form earlier this week and announced that Pantera Capital Management LP was interested in purchasing up to $100 million in shares. Bitwise also announced a $2.5 million seed investment. 
The SEC approved 19b-4 forms for eight Ethereum ETFs last month. Issuers still need to have their S-1 filings go into effect before they can begin trading.
