Ripple opposes the SEC’s <a href="https://thenewscrypto.com/ripple-vs-sec-the-never-ending-court-battle/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">allegation</a>, maintaining that XRP should be considered a digital currency rather than Securities.<h3 id="the-case-will-conclude-this-year">The Case Will Conclude this Year?</h3>Ripple defenders submitted the new filing to support their fair notice defense earlier this week.
