Network activity has also decreased, with fewer active addresses making transactions, indicating reduced interest and usage of the Litecoin network in general.
Certain metrics such as the NVT ratio, suggest that Litecoin could be overvalued. Should network activity continue to decline and sell orders get executed, Litecoin’s price might struggle to maintain its current levels, possibly dipping below $70.
