Anthropic, an AI startup, has decided to exclude investors from Saudi Arabia in its latest financial endeavor. The transaction is expected to be close within the next few weeks and has involved complex negotiations and planning. The investment bank of Perella Weinberg has been selected to conduct the sale so that the disposal of the share to the new investors is well structured and strategic.
