Particularly, Hong Kong set February 29 as the deadline for crypto exchange applications. Non-compliant platforms will have to cease operations by the end of May, according to the announcement.</p>

The company applied for a virtual asset trading license from the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) on February 26.
