Sam Bankman-Fried, the former CEO of FTX, has raised concerns over the missed discovery deadlines by prosecutors regarding crucial evidence needed for his defense against a range of fraud charges. However, the letter mentioned the possibility of filing additional motions if the newly produced evidence provided grounds for such actions.Additionally, the letter stated that the government had also failed to provide information regarding FTX debtors, further hampering the defense&#39;s ability to adequately prepare for the trial. The letter revealed that the current productions amounted to an extensive volume, surpassing 3.6 million documents and over 10 million pages.
