From casual to hardcore, whether Web2 or Web3, all gamers will be involved in this new exciting addition to the platform!Of the numerous features introduced so far, there is an essential one that needs further explanation: the gaming pool — or now so called — GameStake.<h4>GameStake, made by the player for the player</h4>While most gaming platforms build their economic model around staking, charging fees or using game-specific play-and-earn systems such as NFT sales, ZooGames pushes the boundaries way further by choosing to do things differently with GameStake.GameStake represents a pool of rewards which have been accumulating for a while, and continue to accumulate as people play games on ZooGames. These rewards are distributed to all ZooGames players according to certain criteria. To be clear, the more you participate in the ZooGames ecosystem, the more you build some Power Weight (POWA) and the more you are eligible to earn from GameStake.This means that users are encouraged to interact as much as possible with the platform and its various features in order to get access to GameStake and earn their share of vZOO tokens.In ZooGames, every transaction completed by the protocol (on all playable games) is subject to a 2% share divided equally between platform fee (1%) and GameStake contribution (1%). This great system helps users accumulate even more rewards without being detrimental to the player’s overall experience.It is important to note that since GameStake is a feature available on ZooGames, all games developed and linked with the platform will be GameStake compatible!<img src="https://academy-public.coinmarketcap.com/srd-optimized-uploads/e7b1625465ec45be9af3a084d795d121.png" /><h4>GameStake, a unique play-and-earn model</h4>ZooGames is developing several features such as game access, game listing, social scoring, etc… and GameStake unlocks the full potential of these distinctive platform characteristics.GameStake relies directly on player’s actions as recorded by the ZooGames Leaderboard.The Leaderboard decides the ranking of each ZooGamesID and it is dynamically set so every valid action performed by a user will be instantly reflected on their profile. The more you play, the more vZOO transactions are completed via the protocol, the better you rank. This does not only take into consideration the player’s performance in the game but mainly how much they invest into the ecosystem. For example, a player spending more time and vZOO on games would potentially rank higher than a player using the free-to-play mode with a great performance each game.GameStake is influenced by (but not limited to) these factors:<ul><li>vZOO spending;</li><li>vZOO staking;</li><li>vZOO earning;</li><li>Social interactions on the platform: liking a game or reviewing / commenting;</li><li>Affiliation: referred users joining must create a ZooGamesID and spend vZOO. The more they spend, the more power weight goes to the original user;</li><li>Daily missions: specific actions will be available on Zoo.Games for all users to complete;</li><li>And more to come…</li></ul>Of course, all actions are not equally rewarding for users so someone playing on ZooGames for hours and someone posting one review per week would also not earn the same from GameStake. An algorithm has been specifically created to determine who can earn from GameStake and which portion of the rewards they will receive.From this, players are building some power weight to improve their daily vZOO earnings, which are then sent directly to their ZooGames mirror address.The protocol also requires users to maintain some consistent interaction with the ZooGames platform in order to keep their GameStake access valid, and thus keep receiving rewards.Adding vZOO to GameStake via a staking mechanism will add to a player’s base gaming rewards, and therefore improve their earnings.ZooGames develops a new play-and-earn model in which players are not only rewarded when playing games and according to each game’s rules, but also through creating content, and bringing friends and activity onto the platform.GameStake is a very exciting way of making ZooGames’ vision a reality. And how about you?
