According to the case file, the SEC case against Binance will continue, the judge mostly rejected all requests to dismiss the case. 
A Judge has ruled that the case against Binance and CZ will proceed after the parties attempted to dismiss the case. 
The only part of the case that will not proceed concerns the SEC's claims that secondary sales of BNB from entities other than Binance are securities. 
Other parts of the case related to the BNB ICO and Binance's ongoing BNB sales will continue. 
Other demands against CZ and BAM subsidiaries will continue.
