Can you rescue all the animals, saving them from a catastrophic flood just on the horizon?</p><p>Introducing the ultimate 3D digital collectibles drop — “The Ark: Escape From Extinction” Collection.</p><p>Prophecies foresee a world devastated by a great flood, you are its hero. It’s up to you to collect all the 3D animals to help repopulate the earth. From majestic elephants to fearsome lions, and from colorful parrots to barking seals, every animal is a unique and valuable addition to your collection — some more than others.</p><p>The Ark Collection is more than just a collectibles drop — it’s a celebration of the beauty and diversity of the animal kingdom and a reminder of the importance of conservation and preservation. So start collecting today, and join the effort to rebuild a better world.</p><h3 id="your-mission">Your Mission:</h3><p>It’s simple. Gather resources and gather animals, then unlock your Ark in order to rescue the world’s wildlife before an impending flood.</p><ul><li>Collect all the materials to build an ark</li><li>Collect all the animals</li><li>If you collect ’em all before the flood hits, you unlock a special Ark vehicle to store the creatures you’ve rescued</li><li><strong>If you don’t own all three ark materials and all 40 animals by April 4th at 3 pm ET you will lose them all to the flood.</strong></li></ul><p>But this is no ordinary collection. Surprises, pitfalls, and unique characters abound at every turn.</p><ul><li><strong>Pre-Conditions to Animal Packs</strong>: collectors MUST hold all 3 necessary Ark Materials (nail, hammer, wood) in their possession in order to gain access to packs containing animals; you can come late, too…at any point that a collector completes all 3 Ark Materials, the Animal Packs will open up.</li><li><strong>Award Items with Special Powers</strong>: each set of animals unlocks 1 special white variant creature, awarded to the top 25 collectors of that set; each white variant creature has special powers to be announced after the flood.</li><li><em><strong>Potential Bad Actors</strong>: </em>each set contains 1 or more Shinies; not all the animals are friendly, so beware of future mutineer animals with their own malevolent abilities.</li><li><strong>Print Number Genetics</strong>: each animal is individually serialized, like #4/300; the first number (e.g., #4) is known as the Print Number; the lower the Print Number you hold per animal, the more off-spring they’ll be able to produce when they breed should you succeed in rescuing them.</li><li><strong>The Flood Destroys Items</strong>: if you do NOT own all 3 necessary Ark Materials and all 40 regular Animal items by the time the flood hits, your materials and animals will be destroyed</li><li><strong>WARNING</strong>: Yes, the flood arrives at 3 pm ET Tuesday, April 4th and if you do not own all 3 Ark Materials and all 40 Animals, any Ark Materials and Animal items will drown in the flood (e.g., be burned from circulation) and will no longer appear in your collection. Like Noah, there are no half measures; you must complete all regular items in the Collection (excluding Award Items) to unlock the Ark and to rescue your animals, or your animals perish!</li></ul><h3 id="em-overview-em"><em>Overview:</em></h3><ul><li>A new collection, called The Ark: Escape From Extinction, featuring over 40 animated 3D figures based on the biblical story of Noah’s Ark, but with a Quidd twist.</li><li>5 Regular Sets (1 Ark Materials set &#43; 4Animals sets)</li><li>4 Award Sets based on Animals (unlocked by ranking in the top 25 of each Animal set)</li><li>1 Easter Egg Award Set</li><li>1 Overall “Collect ’Em All” Award (the Ark, unlocked by completing the whole collection, minus Award Sets or Award Items, by exactly 3 pm ET Tuesday, April 4th)</li><li>The first set Ark Materials serves as an access key to the remaining sets and drops <strong>Monday, March 27th at 3 pm ET. </strong>It will be free for 24 hours and requires completion of the set to continue into the next.</li><li>All items will be mintable only after the flood on April 4th.</li></ul><h3 id="em-sets-in-5-days-em"><em>Sets in 5 days:</em></h3><ul><li>March 27th at 3 pm ET <strong>Ark Materials</strong></li><li>March 28th at 3 pm ET <strong>Farm Animals</strong></li><li>March 29th at 3 pm ET <strong>Sea Creatures</strong></li><li>March 30th at 3 pm ET <strong>Things With Wings</strong></li><li>March 31st at 3 pm ET <strong>The Wildlings</strong></li></ul><h3 id="em-a-reminder-on-how-to-rank-in-sets-em"><em>A Reminder on How to Rank in Sets:</em></h3><ul><li>Most Valuable Leaderboard: each Regular set excluding Ark Materials contains a Most Valuable Leaderboard that ranks collectors that complete all the items in the Set based on their print number. For instance, if you collect all items in the Farm set, and each item is a #1, you have a perfect set, and you’ll rank #1 on the Most Valuable Leaderboard. To see this leaderboard, just visit the set and click on the Leaderboard tab.</li></ul><h2 id="header-1"><strong>SET DETAILS:</strong></h2><h3 id="em-ark-materials-em"><em>Ark Materials</em></h3><ul><li>The rain has begun and your time to build the ark is limited. If you want to escape extinction you must have your ark. Collect the wood, hammers, and nails needed to start construction. It shouldn’t be too difficult, but the rules of survival are simple: if your boat doesn&#39;t float, you drown.</li><li>This set is free but only for the first 24 hours (until March 28th at 2 pm ET). After that, you have to pay to play.</li><li>All collectors are eligible for this set, but completing this set is a requirement for access to the packs in the primary market 3D animal sets to come. You can buy from the aftermarket, but the well-priced packs are only available on the primary market, so don’t miss out.</li><li>There is no award for this set.</li></ul><h3 id="em-farm-animals-em"><em>Farm Animals:</em></h3><ul><li>A set of 10 resilient farm animals — including cows, pigs, chickens, goats, sheep, and more — are easily domesticated and bred. They are the perfect candidates for the first group of animals to join you on the ark. This award will be given out on April 4th at 3 pm ET.</li><li>Collection: not only can you rank at each set, but you can also rank based on ALL THE SETS in the Collection, including the Award sets. This is ranked based on all the items in each Set AS WELL AS all Award items that are unlocked for winners of each set. Basically, all items in the entire Collection contribute to your rank in the Collection.
