The team has been hard at work, tirelessly creating and refining the ever-evolving world of Outer Ring.Now we come bearing fresh news. Get ready!<h2 id="header-0">Looking back to the Unreal 5 Tech Demo release</h2>December 28th was your first chance to step inside the Unreal 5 Graphic Motor and walk the streets of Great Silver City. This brief but rich experience lets you get into the skin of one of our characters, complete your first mission and use Galactic Quadrant in the prototype of the game´s housing system or Lands.<react-video url="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v&#61;gmt5uNCVvUk"></react-video>As a parallel development from the real MMORPG game, it helped us showcase some of the 3D assets we are building, test mechanics, and, most importantly, to get community feedback on what they expect for the Pre-Alpha and the Official Game Release.Dozens of thousands interacted with the Tech Demo announcements and trailers, and those who tested it gave us great and productive feedback about the playability and assets within the Tech Demo.The Outer Ring will soon be full of brave explorers!<h2 id="header-1">Looking forward to the Early Access Pre-Alpha</h2>The vast expanse of this universe is teeming with untold stories and epic narratives. As you delve deeper into this galaxy, you will find your own values and traits reflected in the sentient races that call its planets home.You will journey through their history and discover a civilization of chaos and conflict, known as the Republic of Sentients, in what they call The Inner Ring.  Beyond its frontiers, in the far reaches of the Outer Ring, lie uncharted systems and worlds waiting to be explored. Here, you may encounter other advanced, spacefaring species whose disposition and intents are unknown.Will you be the first to set foot on these mysterious lands, or will you find yourself swept up in a larger, everlasting quest?The choice is yours, adventurer.<img src="https://academy-public.coinmarketcap.com/optimized-uploads/3fc3ff49a0d94d58af73fdd4c10141f5.png" />Soon, you will get to know all playable species: Earthlings, Scavengons, Va´ans, Oracles, and Mech. Later, we will publish the physical book for those who enjoy resting their eyes from the screen every once in a while.You will be prepared to start your galactic journey and select what species fits your personality and best aligns with your purpose in the game.Details about accessing the Pre-Alpha will be disclosed in the following months.Don´t miss out!<h2 id="header-2">Tailored armor styles for every environment</h2>As you adventure through the vast reaches of the Outer Ring MMO, you will cross an endless variety of planets and habitats. To survive in this harsh galaxy, our characters must possess the ultimate adaptation skills, from conquering the most treacherous terrains to fitting in with the latest trends of the grand metropolis of Great Silver City.<a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/mikelantero/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Mikel Antero</a>, Assist. Art Director of Outer Ring, digs a little deeper into the idea:“ Re-designing our species has been an incredibly creative task. We dove deep into the Outer Ring Lore and envisioned the features and traits of our future playable characters. But this creative process it&#39;s not just about their physical appearance. We must also craft armors that fit their every need in the various gameplay and environments they&#39;ll encounter.You know. I wouldn&#39;t bring a swimsuit to a climbing expedition or a gala suit to a marathon!With this in mind, we set out to design the ultimate armors, light, medium and heavy, tailored to each of our playable species. We&#39;ve conceptualized five different styles as a starting point, and now the 3D models are coming to life.
