<p><strong>Dear community members!</strong></p><p>We apologize that we were not very active on social networks and have not been sharing much information with you lately. Due to the crypto winter, our team decided to focus on developing the product and making new partnerships. Very soon, we will start announcing our new partners, cooperation with which will definitely interest you and bring the scale of our project to a new level.</p><h2 id="header-0">The Results Of the Product Development</h2><p>Big Data analytics delivers insights, and the bigger the dataset, the more fruitful the analyses. However, big data storage creates big challenges: cost, scalability, and data protection. To derive insight from information, analysts need affordable, highly-scalable storage that’s simple, reliable, and compatible with the tools they have.</p><p>Big data grows geometrically, requiring substantial storage space. As data sources are added, these demands increase further and must be accounted for. When implementing big data storage, it needs to ensure that it is capable of scaling at the same rate as the data collection.</p><p>We have created a scalable and very affordable (as with all of what we do!) solution that will allow dealing with Big Data on ColdStack. It’s a Data Lake: a repository that allows you to store all your structured and unstructured data at any scale.</p><p>Data lakes allow you to transform raw data into structured data that is ready for SQL analytics, data science, and machine learning with low latency. Raw data can be retained indefinitely at a low cost for future use in machine learning and analytics.</p><p>Many storage companies, like Wasabi.com, have not implemented this yet. So we believe it will be a serious boost for a ColdStack and a first try for Web3 companies to capture market share for big data storage and enterprise analytics systems.</p><h2 id="header-1">What’s Up?</h2><p>2022 was highly unpredictable for the crypto world, and the crisis is not over yet. Our team carefully monitors the situation in the market. As practice shows, the market is cyclical; sooner or later, it will crawl up again, and you will find yourself in the black.</p><p>Coldstack is one of the few projects in the general crisis that offers its customers the necessary services at the most affordable price. Data storage is an option that cannot be refused in order to save money, regardless of the situation in the crypto market. Large stores like Amazon are in no hurry to cut prices. People affected financially by the crisis are starting to look for more affordable storage. We support our users in difficult times and allow them to save money as our costs and expenses are reduced, and prices are lower.</p><p>The absence of a detrimental effect of the crisis on the quality and prices of data storage services makes Coldstack a unique storage facility affordable to everyone and inspires confidence. Thus, with us, you can store your data much cheaper but as securely as with the largest data warehouses on the world’s market.</p><blockquote><em>From time to time our users can encounter delays in the deposit and withdrawal of funds on the bridge because we care a lot about the absence of hacks. Thorough verification of all transactions takes time, but we hope that you understand the importance of security as much as we do. We have never been hacked, and thus we provide a guarantee that Coldstack is more reliable than many large projects that successfully fall for hackers.</em></blockquote><h2 id="header-2">ColdStack As An Open-Source Project</h2><p>Product development and openness in working with our community are the key goals of our team. You all surely remember that we have started publishing the Open Source Code for ColdStack. A new part of the code will be available on GitHub soon, so all the users can cross our project’s borders and create something new using the knowledge and technologies we already have.</p><h2 id="header-3">The Reinforcement</h2><p>The harder we work and the faster our product and community evolve, the more thoughtful attention is required. The expected growth rate of the community prompted us to think, why not hire a professional who will actively work with our users and also contribute to making new partnerships.</p><p>And now, we’re happy to introduce you to our new Chief Operating Officer — Zied Chaabane. Zied has an EMBA in project management and has worked with crypto projects for five years. By uniting with other communities, we also develop and increase our own.</p><p>At the moment, we have already officially signed a cooperation with five companies. Announcement dates are being agreed upon with the partners.</p><p>There will also be major players among our partners. Negotiations on cooperation with major companies are already in progress. But we are proud to be able to say with confidence that there will be many partners, and you will see regular announcements of each of them.</p><p>By the way, this Monday, February 13, we will make the first announcement, so you’ll meet one of our new partners. Don’t miss it!</p><h2 id="header-5">The Affiliate Program</h2><p>Soon we will be happy to announce the start of the affiliate program, in which all members of our community will be able to participate. That will allow you to receive tokens for each partner you refer.</p><p>The conclusion of cooperation with new projects gives us more and more motivation to grow and expand our project’s audience and spheres of influence.
