<h5><strong>Gem #2 – Lybra Finance</strong></h5> 
<p>Next on our list of long-term gems is <a href="https://lybra.finance/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Lybra Finance</a>. Basically, Lybra is a stablecoin project. Its stablecoin is <a href="https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/eusd-new" target="_blank" rel="noopener">$eUSD</a>. What’s special about $eUSD is that it yields interest on its own. That is possible as its collaterals are <a href="https://www.altcoinbuzz.io/tag/liquid-staking/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Liquid Staking</a> Tokens (LSTs). For instance, $stETH or $WBETH. Today, $eUSD can yield about 8% per year for its holders.</p> 
<p>To improve $eUSD’s price stability, Lybra uses over-collateralization. In simple terms, collateral from $ETH LSTs deposited will always exceed the amount of $eUSD minted. Hence, the price of $eUSD is less likely to fall below $1.</p>

<p>Lybra Finance has its own token, <a href="https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/lybra" target="_blank" rel="noopener">$LBR</a>. $LBR can be bridged to other blockchains through Layer Zero’s bridges. Its main use case would be governance for the Lybra project. Today, Lybra Finance has a <a href="https://defillama.com/protocol/lybra-v2" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Total Value Locked (TVL)</a> of $238 million. It’s got a ton of adoption from DeFi users. That’s what we like about this project.</p> 
<h5><strong>Gem #3 – Akash Network</strong></h5> 
<p>Moving on to number 3 in our long-term gems list, <a href="https://akash.network/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Akash Network</a>. Akash is a decentralized computing project. It is an open-source Supercloud. Its purpose is to allow users and projects to buy and sell computing power.</p> 
<p>Akash is part of the <a href="https://www.altcoinbuzz.io/tag/cosmos/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Cosmos</a> ecosystem. This is because it is built with the Cosmos SDK. In turn, this allows Akash to interoperate with other Cosmos projects. For instance, Injective, Cosmos Hub and Osmosis.</p>

<p>Now, let’s talk about another one of our long-term gems, <a href="https://orai.io/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Oraichain</a>. Similar to Akash, Oraichain fits strongly into the A.I narrative. Oraichain is a <a href="https://www.altcoinbuzz.io/tag/layer-1/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Layer 1</a> blockchain. It hopes to foster a thriving ecosystem atop said chain. These would include projects for DeFi, NFTs, tokenization and so forth.</p>

Its focus is on on-chain gambling. Within its online casino, it’s got a ton of games. In fact, it has the look and feel of a real casino!</p>
