 <p><span style="font-weight: 400">At the heart of this appeal lies the interpretation of whether Ripple’s “Programmatic” offers and sales to <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" title="XRP" href="https://thebittimes.com/tag/xrp.html">XRP</a> buyers, as well as its “Other Distributions” in exchange for labor and services, constitute the sale of securities.&nbsp;</span></p>
