-Rank in the top 20 CoinGecko exchange, top 15 in volume,
-Have obtained formal permits in the USA for MSB (money services business) and MTL (money transfer licenses),
-Requires a legal opinion for listing,
-Provides more on and off-ramp options for our users,
-Has at least 500,000 followers on Twitter, -Provide a co-marketing campaign, with no Nexa Coins required for marketing,
-Minimal market maker requirements,
-Has a daily trade volume average of at least ~$500m for all coins on their exchange
