Each data center is served by 4 divisions:

🟣Logistics Division – these employees are responsible for moving and placing equipment. They can easily tell where any connected ASIC is located;
🟣Monitoring Division – this department is in charge of maintaining the network 24/7 and monitoring the work of each miner;
🟣Service Center – this division consists of world–class engineers who perform complex repairs.

In the event a miner fails, there is a prescribed list of procedures to be followed to get it up and running:
✔️ The monitoring operators sees the nature of the damage in a special program;
✔️ They then immediately create a task outlining the problem;
✔️ Afterward, regardless of the time of day or night, a technician takes the ASIC for repair. It's carried out on-site;
✔️ If the breakdown is very serious, the miner is transferred to a service center, where it undergoes a more thorough inspection and repair.
