Immutable Unveils $50M Rewards Program for Gaming on its zkEVM Network
Immutable, the Ethereum scaling platform for games, has announced the launch of "The Main Quest," a rewards program that aims to incentivize players with up to $50 million worth of token rewards. This program is set to be the largest crypto gaming rewards initiative to date and aims to enhance user engagement and promote the adoption of Immutable's zkEVM network.

The program will provide rewards to users of the Immutable zkEVM network, which is a layer-2 Ethereum gaming network built using Polygon zkEVM technology. Participants will have the opportunity to earn token rewards for various activities, including playing early games on the network. Among the featured games are Guild of Guardians, a mobile role-playing game, MetalCore, a mech shooter, Illuvium, an action game, Space Nation Online, an outer space combat game, and Treeverse, an MMORPG. Immutable plans to introduce additional games and incentives in the future.

In addition to game-related activities, users of the Immutable zkEVM network can earn rewards for utilizing decentralized exchanges and other applications on the network. Providing liquidity for trading pools and engaging in the trading of Immutable non-fungible tokens (NFTs) will also be rewarded.

Describing The Main Quest as the largest rewards program in the realm of Web3 gaming, Robbie Ferguson, President and co-founder of Immutable, emphasized the program's ability to showcase the true benefits of digital ownership in gaming. By offering substantial token rewards, Immutable aims to demonstrate the advantages of a decentralized gaming ecosystem and the value of in-game assets.
