CoinMarketCap takes a deep dive into Alien Worlds (TLM), an NFT Defi metaverse that incentivizes players to compete against each other and earn Trilium (TLM), the native token of Alien worlds.
Trilium (TLM) is the Alien Worlds metaverse's native utility token, which serves as a motivator for players to compete against one another, accomplish in-game objectives and stake their TLM to engage in governance activities.
How Does Alien Worlds (TLM) Work?
Alien Worlds is a browser game built on the blockchain. In Alien Worlds gameplay, the player takes on the mantle of a 2055 adventurer. The ever-going goal is to go to distant worlds to extract Trilium, a valuable mineral in the game. Everything in the Alien Worlds Metaverse is tokenized, and players come across some unusual things in the form of NFTs throughout their numerous mining adventures.
Every NFT in Alien Worlds has a specific purpose in the game. There are mining tools, for instance, that can help you improve your mining efficiency, and useful avatars that an adventurous explorer may employ to compensate for their shovel's length and girth.
Players can also mine more Trilium and find more NFTs as they update and upgrade their mining equipment. There are now 330+ distinct NFTs available for the players to find and collect in the game.
How to Play Alien Worlds
The Basics
To start playing Alien Worlds (TLM), you have to log in to your WAX account or register for a new one (in case you don't have one). After your WAX account is set up, go to play.alienworlds.io and create an account.
Next, select an in-game username and also choose between a male or female character. After that, you'll be able to select a planet or land to explore upon. It doesn't matter which planet or area you pick for your initial mining session. It isn't permanent, and you can change it later on in the game.
After this, you'll be at your Mining Hub, where you'll spend the next decade (in-game) of your life as an adventurer.
In the Mining Hub, you may see the land you've picked, as well as a shovel that has already been equipped for you.
If you check your WAX account now, you'll notice that you've already got your first NFTs in the form of an avatar card and a shovel.
After the NFTs are in your WAX account, navigate to the bottom of the Mining Hub and click “'Mine” to start the mining process. This process will start getting you some Trilium over time and, if you're fortunate enough, you'll receive a notice that you've received an NFT after your mining is done.
After the mining process is complete, you'll notice a countdown timer in the upper right corner of the screen, indicating how long until your next mining session.
These are the basic steps of playing the Alien Worlds (TLM) game.
Selecting a Land for Mining in Alien Worlds (TLM)
The “land” holds significant value in the Alien Worlds game because it has a “Charge Time” multiplier that affects the overall charge time of all your mining gear. This time may add up quickly, particularly if you have a hefty build that is meant for limited play.
Click “Mine” to the right of your avatar image to alter your land. You'll be taken to your Mining Hub as a result of this. Change the land by clicking on it and modify your planet by using the next menu (if you need to).
It's worth noting at this stage that every one of the land plots is held by a different player. A portion of the TLM a player mines directly goes to the landowner when you mine there.
This proportion is originally set at 20%, but the owner has the option to reduce it. Many landowners may be seen urging unwary explorers to mine on their land on the Alien Worlds Discord channel’; however, be careful, as they generally promote their percentage cut and entice you with the possibility of further advantages.
Use Cases for Trilium
Trilium can be:
Used to acquire NFTs;
Staked by users to take part in Planet governance activities;
Can be burned when users “shine” NFTs;
Can be staked by Councillors to participate as a potential candidate in Planet DAOs’
Required to take part in Nebula events to gain mythical and legendary items;
Used to participate in in-game quests.
Alien Worlds (TLM) Tokenomics
The total supply of Trilium is finite and set at 5 billion with an inflation of 9% per year, 7.64% in the 2nd year, and so on. As of now, the circulating supply of Trilium stands at 914,030,370.25 TLM.

Alien Worlds (TLM) Price Prediction
As of Aug. 27, 2021, Alien Worlds (TLM) is trading at $0.2935. Whether Alien Worlds (TLM) will hit $50 dollars in the near future depends on a lot of factors.
The Alien Worlds (TLM) operates on three blockchains: Ethereum, WAX and Binance Smart Chain (BSC).
All three are popular blockchains in the crypto world, with Ether and BSC leading the frontlines.
BSC supports popular DeFi wallets, offers low transaction costs with near-instant transfer speeds and its ecosystem is expanding aggressively with hundreds of assets (tokens) operating live on the BSC network.
The Ethereum blockchain offers data coordination, rapid deployment, high scalability and performance, deployment of smart contracts and decentralized applications (DApps), and many more benefits.
The growing popularity of these top-notch blockchains may have a significant effect on the price of Alien Worlds (TLM) tokens, and $50 may be a goal it can reach in the near future.
According to the official website, Alien Worlds is ranked second in all DApps (passing Uniswap) and has over 150,000+ active miners every hour. The lifetime total miners have surpassed 320,0000 and this number continues to grow exponentially.
Alien Worlds (TLM) is an NFT game, which means it has uncapped potential, especially now that the NFT market surpassed $2.5 billion in 2021, with Axie Infinity (AXS) hitting an all-time high of more than $1 billion in sales so far.
Many NFT games are on the market; however, not many make the top rankings on DappRadar, as Alien Worlds (TLM) does. If the NFT craze in the crypto market continues to boom at the current pace, chances of the TLM token going to all-time highs may be possible.
Now, considering a lot of volatile factors, it is very hard to say in which direction Alien Worlds (TLM) will tilt, which is why it is advisable to keep an eye on market indicators and technical opinions of cryptocurrency experts before investing in this token.
