Elon Musk Streamed Diablo 4 Game
Elon Musk livestreamed himself playing Diablo 4 for 50 minutes on X, formerly known as Twitter. Musk highlighted developer progress towards integrated game streaming after the test run successfully demonstrated reliable audio and video quality. The livestream drew a significant amount of attention, with almost 9 million viewers watching it and 41.3 million tweet views at the time of writing.
Musk discussed integrating Xbox and PS5 streaming, but he made no mention of cryptocurrency or payments for streaming subscriptions. Following the rebranding to X, Musk laid out his goal for an "everything app," which would enable a wide range of social media and financial services, including crypto. However, despite speculations over a native X crypto token, Musk said they have no plans to ever launch one.
