A recent survey conducted by BitcoinIRA, the world's first digital asset IRA technology platform, reveals that investor sentiment remains bullish on cryptocurrencies, despite market volatility and challenges. The majority of respondents see digital assets as a legitimate and pioneering asset class and believe that increased regulation makes crypto investments more attractive.
The survey highlights that 72% of participants would recommend family or friends to invest in cryptocurrencies. Moreover, 51% of respondents are considering incorporating crypto into their retirement portfolios, while 27% have already done so. Key motivations for investing in crypto include price speculation, portfolio diversification, retirement catch-up, and inflation hedging.
Bitcoin remains the top choice for investors, with 69% of respondents selecting it as their preferred cryptocurrency. Ethereum ranks as the most requested altcoin for crypto investing, garnering 18% of the vote. The survey's findings demonstrate that despite recent market turbulence, investors are optimistic about the future of digital assets and their role in long-term financial planning.
