Failed cryptocurrency trading platform FTX has launched a customer claims portal.

Individual customers would then be able view their account data and submit a petition that would be considered in the company's Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.

Customers who had accounts with FTX.com, FTX.us, Blockfolio, FTX EU, FTX JP, and cryptocurrency exchange Liquid can access the portal. Clients should submit their claims by September 29 according to a U.S. court, and account balances for clients seem to be determined as of November 11, 2022.

After the claims portal went live on July 11, it went offline for unknown reasons after roughly an hour. At the time of writing, the claims portal appears to be working.

Users can still submit a proof-of-claim through the online customer form provided by Kroll and by U.S. mail. The FTX bankruptcy debtors disclosed in June that the company intended to open an online portal for client claims.
