What Is LeisurePay (LPY)?

LPY Protocol is a decentralized closed-loop blockchain payment and merchant account ecosystem. It is powered by the only wholly-owned black FDIC-insured bank and the first black acquirer in USA History. We bring blockchain and tokenization solutions to merchants seeking fast, safe, and effective payment solutions. Backed by our token LPY, we are dedicated to helping minority-owned merchants access low-cost and no-cost banking and payment solutions.

LPY tools include:

• Merchant Chargebacks and Refunds interact with the Binance Smart Chain to settle disputes using RCC, ECI, and Credit Card processing.
• Leisure Pay transaction is verifiable on the consumer’s bank statement and then on the Blockchain with direct access for the consumer charged for querying the transaction.
• LPY process provides a post-return method for consumers that pay with their bank account using a Check/RCC/RDC/RCC/ECI or digitally created check.
• Decentralized Dispute System: The BNB smart chain is used to efficiently facilitate full transparency of any disputed payments within the Bank. LPY token backs those reserves via smart contracts with an open dispute resolution center.
• LPY decentralized smart contract protocol (based on Binance Smart Chain), LeisurePay provides a portal where customers can log in to make refund requests or dispute a charge. They are assigned an ID to enable a trust scoring system. If fraud occurs at an unacceptably high level, the consumer will receive a correspondingly lower score. LPY open Dispute Resolution Center, the consumer, has a 20% vote weighting, the merchant 20%, and the bank 60%. The bank’s vote is decided by six validators, each with 10% of the assigned weight. These validators are selected from a qualified and experienced roster of claims assessors, and they earn a fee from each case worked.
