The eight defendants’ sentences between 1 and 5 years 9 months of <a rel="dofollow" title="prison" href="https://thebittimes.com/tag/prison.html">prison</a> have not been overturned.</p> 
 <p>The development follows recent reports that the <a rel="dofollow" title="appeal" href="https://thebittimes.com/tag/appeal.html">appeal</a> was filed following the December 2021 sentencing for managing the web hosting company located in a former NATO <a rel="dofollow" title="bunker" href="https://thebittimes.com/tag/bunker.html">bunker</a>.</p>

 <p>The case was highlighted as legal “new ground” since the hosting company had no proven involvement with the illegal websites it hosted, allowing any content except child pornography and terrorism.</p>
