Berlin-based cryptocurrency custody company Finoa is making it easier for big companies to use a safe and approved form of decentralized finance (DeFi). They have permission from German financial regulator BaFin to do this. Finoa is giving its 300&#43; business clients something called &#39;FinoaConnect.&#39; It&#39;s like adding a new feature to their wallets. With FinoaConnect, these businesses can use certain DeFi services that follow the rules.Regular businesses can now join DeFi lending pools and do automatic trading, but they have to make sure they know who they are doing business with. This has led to a more organized type of DeFi with extra security measures like digital IDs or only working with trusted partners.Finoa has been getting lots of requests from businesses to include DeFi services in their wallets. The founder of Finoa, Henrik Gebbing, decided to build FinoaConnect using their own technology because other ready-made wallet options didn&#39;t meet their high security standards. They are being careful about which DeFi services they allow, making sure they are safe and follow the rules.Finoa didn&#39;t say exactly which DeFi services they will offer, but examples of these business-friendly DeFi services include Aave Arc, Compound Treasury, and Maple Finance.
