The City of Santa Monica is now home to the first government Bitcoin office. Its purpose is to increase monetization and knowledge about digital currency amongst its population.&nbsp;
This measure, adopted by the city council, will create preconditions for the acceptance of digital currency as the city’s economy tool and for including cryptocurrency into the context of recognized education.

Objectives and Goals
The Santa Monica Bitcoin Office has founded with four main goals in mind. Its goal is to educate locals about Bitcoin and assist them in comprehending the principles and possible advantages of cryptocurrencies.&nbsp;
