<p>Lutnick’s subtle support for USDT can be seen as a strategy to promote the capabilities of this digital currency and thus strengthen the position of the US dollar against BRICS’ de-dollarization initiatives. By offering a stable and widely accepted alternative, USDT could help maintain the influence of the dollar in a context of increased competition.
