<p>Spot Bitcoin Exchange-Traded Funds (ETF) inflows are expected to remain robust until the Halving, scheduled for April 20. According to Santiment, a blockchain analytics firm, trader activity remains significantly above levels seen at the end of February.</p>

<p>Despite Bitcoin’s record price surge in mid-March, interest in spot Bitcoin ETFs shows no sign of waning. On the contrary, the daily volume of the top 7 ETFs recently reached $3.19 billion.</p>

<p>In March, spot Bitcoin ETF volumes soared to $111 billion, almost three times the previous month. Over the past week, after a slight decline at the start of April, <a href="https://cointelegraph.com/news/bitcoin-etf-trading-activity-robust-until-halving-santiment" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">inflows resumed</a> with more than $200 million invested on April 4 and 5, according to Farside Investors.</p> 
<p>Only Grayscale’s GBTC fund weighs down the overall figures, with constant outflows since its conversion to an ETF in mid-January, totaling 294,313 BTC. But this doesn’t seem to affect the overall market appetite.</p>

<h2 id="h-a-sustained-dynamic-until-the-halving">A sustained dynamic until the Halving?</h2> 
<p>This fervor is expected by Santiment to be maintained up to the next “Halving”, a key event that cuts the creation of new Bitcoins in half every four years. This highly anticipated event could continue to attract flows into ETFs in the next two weeks.</p> 
<p>However, Santiment wonders about the evolution of ETF volumes and the crypto market in general after this major event. The cryptosphere will therefore be closely monitoring the numbers to assess the strength of the trend.</p> 
<p>Industry leaders, such as Brad Garlinghouse, CEO of Ripple, remain very optimistic. Predicting a doubling of the total value of cryptos this year, he sees spot ETFs and the Halving as powerful drivers to finally attract institutional investors’ money.</p> 
<p>In the short term, barring a sharp turnaround in trend, everything indicates that spot Bitcoin ETFs still have a bright future. But the resilience of this investors’ appetite will be tested come April 20, once the Halving has passed. The crypto markets may then enter a new era.</p>
