CitaDAO&#8217;s ongoing IRO efforts work to solve the liquidity challenges plaguing the Real Estate industry today. Although Singapore is already home to one of the most vibrant housing markets across the world, CitaDAO believes that tokenization will assist in unlocking it&#8217;s true, immense value.

In a previous IRO, it&#8217;s native RET (Real-Estate Token), had more than 46% of it&#8217;s supply locked in liquidity pairs on Uniswap, making secondary transactions convenient for all token holders.

This proved that their vision &#8221; for a liquid real estate market is not just a concept, but a tangible reality and it is achieved while fully adhering to the existing legal framework.&#8221;



These successful tokenization efforts by CitaDAO have laid the groundwork for a significant growth catalyst for the DeFi sector.
