<p>Hong Kong-based HashKey Capital plans to invest less than 50% of its latest fund, aimed at high-net-worth individuals and investment firms, in bitcoin and ether. Portfolio manager Jupiter Zheng said the company would allocate the remainder to altcoins after Hong Kong’s establishment of a regulatory framework for cryptocurrencies, a move that has helped position the city as a global hub for the asset class. The digital assets fund is hoping to raise $100 million following its launch last week.</p>
