Feel free to read the recap below for those who missed the event.SEGMENT 1: INTRODUCTION QUESTIONSQuestion 1: Before we talk further, please introduce yourself to our community?<blockquote>Mr. Daniel: Hello, Kommunitas. My name is Daniel Saito, CEO and co-founder of StrongNode.io.I have been in the technology space for 30&#43; years. I was self-taught in programming and started working since 16 (legal age to work). I started 2 ISPs in both the USA (dedicated to gaming) and Japan (consumer ISP). I worked with a team that deployed 2 satellites into space for a News Corp joint venture in Japan. I also worked at the NTT DoCoMo R&amp;D for designing the framework for the “security enclave” in 4G devices.Before starting StrongNode.io, I ran a widely successful open source database company called MySQL. My CTO Colin Charles and I have worked together at MySQL and MariaDB in developing the server and the business. I have also advised and worked on various other blockchain projects in the past like WAX, Bluzelle, OST and more.</blockquote>Question 2: We’re all wondering about StrongNode, please tell us more about StrongNode?<blockquote>Mr. Daniel: sure…StrongNode is an Infrastructure-as-a-Service technology company that leverages edge computing and blockchain technologies and harvests idle computing power from common digital devices. We are the first project of the incubation lab entity TKYOLABS. StrongNode is Web 3.0 infrastructure without any servers.Here at StrongNode, we are building the key infrastructure of Web 3.0 and we are working on making a mesh network of low cost effective computing with security and privacy in mind.StrongNode aims to build a virtualized infrastructure where $SNE can be earned by providing “resources” to the StrongNode Edge Network. What motivated me to start the project is to solve the scalability issue. Our team saw the need for an alternative and cost-efficient solution in computing and data processing for the large scale enterprises all the way to small-medium businesses and build solutions for real world problems.The average consumer has about 2.5 digital devices around them at any point in time. The average human cannot completely utilize their full potential of their digital devices. This is where StrongNode comes in and we would like to “rent” your resources to help build the infrastructure for Web 3.0.With Web 3.0, we have a chance to add a ESG (environmental sustainability goal) engrained into the DNA of Web 3.0. We have vendors willing to rent out computing time and resources in exchange for $SNE token. Our $SNE token can be used on our platform for our Enterprise or Retail and End User services (Edge Customers), Edge Seeders or the individuals with the compute resources, and the Edge Innovators or projects running on the StrongNode Edge technology like Original Gamer Life which will soon launch its IDO.While all employees and advisors of StrongNode remain locked up with 4-year vesting options and the presale token holders get 10% on TGE with the rest vested within a 6-month period, the public sale token holders can get 20% at TGE with the rest vested within a 4-month period. We also have $SNE listed on CEX/DEX platforms, and the ongoing development for our AnzenVPN, the StrongNode dVPN solution, StrongNodeID, and dashboard.Our team is working to be blockchain independent as we are planning to move over to ETH and other chains. We want to contribute to the ecosystem and push the needle on innovation. The overall goal of the project is to be able to grow our computing fabric around the world and help crush the digital divide. Anyone can access the supercomputer and be able to start computing for the people, by the people.We are planning on releasing our solution in phases.PHASE ONE will address networking / security / privacy. In WEB 3.0, we will start with PRIVACY and SECURITY from the get go. As Web 2.0, HTTP was a common place until recently past (3–5 years) we finally enforced HTTPS. So we want to enable everyone to securely communicate and exit anywhere in the world in our exit nodes that YOU the user provides. As compute costs are rising and DATA emissions are growing from all those digital devices, $SNE provides a low cost alternative to to AWS, GCP, Azure.PHASE TWO will address compute. Using batch compute this technology was invented out of Google (Hadoop (https://hadoop.apache.org/)) and reappropriating it with crypto economics. This would operate on top on the next layer as data that requires processing will be batched and distributed to the participating nodes on the network.PHASE THREE will then address individual work requests that people can execute or order.Our goal is to connect as many people on the network and create a nexus of compute and network resources. By doing so, we can launch new web3 services as part of our long-term goals in the industry. The writing was on the wall that this will be systemic and will snowball into something bigger. I was sitting at home being your average #cryptodad watching the market goto shit and people losing their love ones to their financial well being.. Looking inwards we knew (myself and my CTO) knew we had to take action and do our part to help change the world.With that we saw that there was supply chain issues and factories being shut down hence there would be a silicon sortage (erm, well shortage of everything). We then looked at the market penetration of digital devices and built a MVP of an idea which can take latent resources on the devices you own, and be able to suppliment your Internet fee or mobile phone. We wanted to pitch in and help.</blockquote>Question 2: Written on the website that StrongNode will operate in a B2B and B2C business model. Could you share with us, what StrongNode products are suitable for B2B and which StrongNode products are suitable for B2C? as individual customers why do we need a StrongNode?<blockquote>Mr. Daniel:</blockquote><img src="https://miro.medium.com/max/875/0*2_lmzp947kGK5Nlo" /><blockquote>StrongNode will first be a B2C play where enterprise business will have work request from our community (mechanical turk). Additionally when business want to have low cost compute to process big data (e.g.,<a href="https://github.com/facebookresearch/talkthewalk" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow"> Facebook</a>) since the dataset would be too expensive to conduct on AWS, GCP, or Azure.</blockquote>Question 3: In any project whether or not in the crypto work field, the growth and expansion of the project is vital, so knowing the services and products that StrongNode Edge can offer, I would like to know what strategies you will implement to ensure to grow the StrongNode Edge network?<blockquote>Mr. Daniel: Growth and expansion is all I think about everyday. It keeps me up at night and always working on a strategy. Whether if it is engineering related *growth hack* (e.g., mechanical turk functionality) or whether it is publishing organic opinon pieces in trade publications like VentureBeat. We strive to become an opinon leader in the WEB 3.0 space.But it starts with building building blocks that add value to the community as a whole. So you will see a proliferation of our tech being “whitelabeled” to other WEB3.0 shop. We not only do it to fuel our business, but it allows for interoperability with other WEB3.0 properties. Thats how you *growth hack* at scale.</blockquote>Question 4: How many SNE LP are currently available? Will to add more?<blockquote>Mr. Daniel: The $SNE LP Staking Farm on<a href="https://tokensfarm.com/sne/lp/1" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow"> Tokensfarm</a> is still going strong and we have successfully staked 379.796M $SNE tokens. Our Tokensfarm $SNE-MATIC pool is tracking 96.1% APY as we have extended the current liquidity pool rewards until Jan 2023.We will continue fueling this liquidity pool, as we feel this is a great incentive for our $SNE token holders.</blockquote>Question 5: Can Cryptoverse provide interoperability with other metaverses in an extremely high quality or photo-realistic environment?<blockquote>Mr. Daniel: Yes, we plan to provide the baseline resources (compute/network) LAYER 0 / 1 and plan to partner with a 3rd party for LAYER 2 (presistent storage).This allows for other decentralized players to utilize our platform (granted they stake their $SNE).
